The obstruction lights are suitable for every high structure such as: wind turbines, explosion risk zones, chimneys, tower cranes, flares, buildings, pylons, water tanks and chemical petro.

Details

The Q-Obstruction Light is a ICAO compliance 32 cd Double Obstruction light for all facilities. The Double Obstruction Light is available in the configurations 100-240 Vac and 24 Vdc.

An omni-directional low intensity steady red obstruction light is fitted to the highest point of the installation. The light conforms to the specifications for a low intensity obstacle light having a minimum intensity of 50 cd for angles of elevation between 0 and 15 degrees, and a minimum intensity of 200 cd between 5 and 8 degrees. Where it is not practicable to fit a light to the highest point of the installation (e.g. on top of flare towers) the light is fitted as near to the extremity as possible.
